Our Positive Vibes Community Group I Am Great Mentoring Program tonights lesson was “How To Become a Conservation Officer” also referred to as a Game Warden. Special Guest Conservation Officer Bill Chillari did an amazing job with his presentation. Chillari was a former D1 baseball prospect who attended Duke University. Chillari expressed to the kids the importance of policing their social media and other habits that can potentially ruin job and scholarship opportunities. He explained to the group his own personal job hiring process and baseball recruitment experience. He talked with the group about a career in the field of conservation and other interesting fishing and wildlife information. He presented a very informative slide show and had cool items for the youth to check out.
